Program Cost and explanation

Program Cost
    1. Tour only without conference $2320
    2. Whole program including Conference and High-light China tour $2520
    3. Conference only without tour (include registration and 3 nights hotel) $680
    4. Child under 12 years old with bed $2270

Supplement Cost
    6. Single occupancy supplement  $770

Cost Details
    1. The whole program  include:
  • All flights between cities in China
  • Four star hotel accommodation throughout the programs. Based on double occupancy
  • Conference registration fee (include all conference activities and materials)
  • Almost all meals during the program
  • Sightseeing as scheduled, including river cruise
  • Admission fees for the main entrances of attractions and shows listed in schedule
  • Local transportation, including airport pickup and sending, conference transportation, local
    tour activities,
  • Travel accident insurance offered by travel agent for free
    2.  Tour only without conference
              All the items as above except the conference.
    3.  Conference only without tour
             Only conference, include conference registration and three days of accommodation.
    4.  Child under 12 years old
    Including everything in item 2 (the accommodation as explained). With bed: either adding a
    bed in the parents room or a double occupancy base bed.
    5.  Anyone need single room will need the single occupancy supplement.

Explanations
    1. Air Ticket:
    All the air tickets within China are included. International flight ticket between USA and China
    can be reserved per request.

    2. Hotel Accommodation:
    Tour fare is based on two adults sharing one double twin-bed-room; Single supplement
    applies for travelers use single room. For two members of a family, you will be assigned to on
    single room automatically. We reserve the right to substitute hotels in similar or higher class
    if hotels listed in brochure are not available.

    3. Meals:
    Three meals daily will be provided unless specified. Buffet breakfast is provided in hotel,
    lunch and dinner in Chinese style are provided in local restaurants licensed by Chinese
    National Tourist Administration.

    4. Sightseeing:
    Sightseeing program is executed according to itinerary. ACMC and its travel agent reserve
    the right to change itinerary for the reason of weather, fire, strikes, war, flight schedule
    adjustment or cancel, safety issue, political reason, custom regulations, natural disasters
    and others.

    5. Admission/Entrance Fee:
    All necessary main entrance fees for the programs or places mentioned in the itinerary will
    be included.

    6. Travel Accident Insurance Plan:
    China Travel Service provides coverage of Travel Accidental Insurance within Mainland
    China to customers at no additional charge.

    It is important for your self-interest and protection to make certain you have adequate
    insurance protection against all eventualities throughout your trip.

Payment

    Minimum payment of $400.00 at registration before Feb 14, 2009. Final payment must be received
    no later than 60 days prior to departure (April 14, 2009). You are in responsible for the final
    payment before deadline. If you fail the final payment on time, we reserve the right to cancel your
    reservation and charge cancellation fees accordingly. If the booking is made after Feb 14, 2008,
    you will be charged 5% additional cost and the acceptance will be based on availability.
