You have option of join the whole program (one day conference) or Conference only (two days
conference). Registration will start on Nov 10, 2008. First 10 registered participants will be granted
5% discount. Payment by check subject 2% discount.

Cost Details
1. * The whole program include:
  • All flights between cities in China
  • Four star hotel accommodation throughout the programs (Except Hong Kong, three star for 2
    nights). Based on double occupancy
  • Conference registration fee (include all conference activities,meals and materials)
  • Almost all meals during the program (except 2 breakfast/1 dinner in Hong Kong, Arriving and
    Departure day)
  • Sightseeing as scheduled, including river cruises (Luxious Three Gorges Cruise-4 stars)
  • Admission fees for the main entrances of attractions and shows listed in schedule
  • Local transportation, including airport pickup and sending, conference transportation, local
    tour activities,
  • English speaking tour guide (not include the tips)
  • Travel accident insurance offered by travel agent for free

2. Hotel Accommodation:
    Tour fare is based on two adults sharing one double twin-bed-room or one queen size bed if
    requested; Single supplement applies for travelers use single room. For two members of a
    family, you will be assigned to one single room automatically. We reserve the right to
    substitute hotels in similar or higher class if hotels listed in brochure are not available.

3. Meals:
    Three meals daily will be provided unless specified. Buffet breakfast is provided in hotel, lunch
    and dinner in Chinese style are provided in local restaurants licensed by Chinese National
    Tourist Administration. Two breakfasts and one dinner in  Hong Kong are not provided.

4. Sightseeing:
    Sightseeing program is executed according to itinerary. ACMC and its travel agent reserve
    the right to change itinerary for the reason of weather, fire, strikes, war, flight schedule
    adjustment or cancel, safety issue, political reason, custom regulations, natural disasters and
    others.

5. Admission/Entrance Fee:
    All necessary main entrance fees for the programs or places mentioned in the itinerary will be
    included.

6. Travel Accident Insurance Plan:
    China Travel Service provides coverage of Travel Accidental Insurance within Mainland China
    to customers at no additional charge (not include the Conference-only participants).

    It is important for your self-interest and protection to make certain you have adequate
    insurance protection against all eventualities throughout your trip.

Payment
Minimum payment of $400.00 is required to be paid at registration ( before Feb 14, 2009). Final
payment must be received no later than 60 days prior to departure (April 14, 2009).  You are in
responsible for the final payment before deadline. If you fail the final payment on time, we reserve
the right to cancel your reservation and charge cancellation fees accordingly. If the booking is made
after Feb 14, 2009, you will be charged 5% additional cost and the acceptance will be based on
availability.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received in writing before Mar 14, 2008 will result in full refund less administration
fees, which is $300 per passenger. The cancellation charge per passenger will be 50% of total cost
60 to 30 days before departure. No refund will be made for cancellation in less than 30 days before
departure. In addition, any penalties from Airline due to your cancellation will be assessed toward
the cancellation charge if the ticket is already book at that time.
  • A $25 handling fee per change per person applies to any change in air/land arrangements
    after the booking is confirmed. Once documents/tickets are issued, any change of the
    booking is considered as cancellation, and then Cancellation Policies apply.


Tour Fare Does Not Include

  • Any personal charges, such as phone bills, laundry, Postage, baggage over- weight charge,
    insurance, beverages, water, etc.
  • Fee for extended stay.
  • Tips for tour leader, tour guides, driver, bellman, etc. (usually around $6.00/persen/day)
  • Visa Processing Fee, Passport Application or Re-new Fee.
  • International flight and round trip air fares from your hometown to the gateway city if you
    reserve the program without international flight.
  • Any other charges caused by the acts of God, natural disasters, fires, weather, governmental
    and local authority's orders, political change, strikes, war, riots, quarantine, custom
    regulations, damages or injury caused by the accident beyond the responsibilities of travel
    agents and incurred due to the tourist action violating the law.
  • Any items not listed in the itinerary.

Conditions

All tour prices are in US dollars and are based on tariff and rates of currency exchange in effect at
the time of printing. These rates are subject to change as deemed necessary and fair by China
Travel Service (excludes those who paid all tour cost already).

When the total number of tour members falls below certain number, ACMC reserve the right to
cancel the tour 30 days prior to departure. Liability is limited to full refund of money received by
ACMC

All customers' passports must be valid for at least 7 months for traveling to foreign countries. For
non-US passports, please consult with your travel agent for details. ACMC are not responsible for
any rejection of entry by immigration and custom officials, even if the tour participant holds valid
passport and proper visas. Tours costs cannot be refund or forwarded.

If the services included in the tour can not be supplied or there are changes in an itinerary for
reasons beyond the control of ACMC or its agent, the expense will be payable by tour participants.
The tour participant agrees that neither ACMC nor its affiliates shall be liable for changes of tour
schedules, delay, damages, loss, robbery, fraud, violence, sickness, and injury caused by the acts
of God, natural disasters, fires, governmental and local authority's orders, a political change, strikes,
war, riots, quarantine, and custom regulations, also to the damages caused by the accident beyond
the responsibilities of travel agents and incurred due to the tourists action violating the law.

Baggage allowance for transpacific flight is two pieces per person for checked baggage with
combined total dimension not exceeding 106 inches provided neither one exceeds 62 inches nor 50
lb.
Baggage allowance in China to one piece only and not to exceed 44 lb . Carry on baggage is
limited to one piece with combined total dimension not exceeding 45 inches. Excess baggage charge
and insurance is at owner's responsibility. We strongly recommend our clients to travel following the
baggage standard of China .

For children under 12 year old at the time of travel, sharing bed with either parent and do not ask
for a third bed in the same room, they will be charged the child's fare. If they need the third bed in
parents' room, they will be charge 90% of the adult fare. For children 12 and over, they will be
charged at the regular adult price.

Although ACMC and its travel agent will be happy to assist you with any shopping needs, but will not
be responsible for price, quality, and service of any goods purchased during the tour.

All tour participants must possess physical or mental conditions good enough for traveling. They
must be responsible for their own health conditions. In the event that the tour participants have
serious illness, they must provide valid health documents issued by a professional doctor to prove
that they are fit for travel. ACMC will not undertake any legal obligation in participants' health
conditions.

The carriers, hotels and other suppliers providing tour services are independent contractors and
are not agents, employees, or servants of, or joint ventures with ACMC or its affiliates. All certificates
and other travel documents for tour services issued by China Travel Service are subject to the
terms and conditions specified by the suppliers and to the laws of the countries in which the services
are supplied.
